Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Domestic Sales & Marketing Executive to handle sales activities, develop customer relationships, and support business growth in the domestic market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with domestic customers and dealers.
  • Generate new business opportunities and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer presentations.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order processing.
  • Conduct market research and identify new market opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
  • Visit customers and attend exhibitions, trade fairs, or meetings when required.
  • Promote company products and maintain brand presence in the market.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Strong customer handling ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience:

  • 1–5 years of experience in Domestic Sales & Marketing preferred.
